Focus Frame provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, subject to project scope, product count, styling needs, and the agreed shot list. Any booking is confirmed only after the relevant details have been reviewed and accepted.

Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted based on the agreed scope and may reflect product count, views, styling, and retouched files. Accepted payment methods are limited to those stated at the time of booking, and any additional work must be approved before it is performed.

Product Intake and Client Duties
Products are received by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery in Ottawa, and the client remains responsible for providing accurate product information and suitable items for photography. The studio may decline or pause work if the supplied materials, instructions, or approvals are incomplete or inconsistent.

Intellectual Property
Consumer Affairs CAAll photographs, proofs, edits, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless a separate written license states otherwise. Any permitted use of final images is limited to the agreed business use and does not include rights that are not expressly granted.

WIPOPhotographic services involve creative judgment, and results may vary from reference material, including with respect to color, texture, reflection, background, and composition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Frame is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and no guarantee is made that every image will be retained, that raw files will be provided, or that all technical or stylistic preferences will be met.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from the website or services should first be raised with Focus Frame in good faith before formal proceedings are started.
